Teresa Rose is a versatile and captivating vocalist whose musical journey transcends genres. With a passion for music rooted in her earliest memories, she brings a seamless blend of classical training, jazz, country, pop, choral, and musical theater to every performance. Known for her expressive voice and authentic storytelling, Teresa creates unforgettable moments that resonate deeply with audiences.
Classically trained, Teresa has performed leading roles in opera and showcased her soprano voice in works by composers such as Mozart, Verdi, and Bizet. Her performance experience includes sharing the stage with renowned artists such as Wynonna Judd, Sheryl Crow, and David Allan Coe. From an early age, she has combined a strong stage presence with a natural ability for compelling, emotionally driven performance.
Her artistic development was further shaped through mentorship in Austria under esteemed instructors Sylvia Greenberg and Carol Byers. In addition to performing, Teresa is a dedicated vocal coach and educator, guiding aspiring singers and artists to develop vocal technique, stage presence, and artistic confidence. Her commitment to nurturing talent—especially in young performers—reflects her deep passion for music and mentorship.
Teresa has earned recognition in prestigious competitions, including First Place in both regional and national National Opera Association collegiate opera competitions, as well as top honors in the United States national country music showdowns. These accomplishments led to an invitation to tour as an opening act for the country group Shenandoah. Her performance experience spans prominent stages nationwide, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio.
In addition to her musical pursuits, Teresa is the visionary owner of Daisy Lane Studios & Events, where she provides live sound production for weddings, community events, and a variety of performance venues. With a fully equipped recording studio, she also lends her voice to voice-over work, character performance, and audiobook narration, further showcasing her versatility across both performance and production.
Teresa also studied music business and commercial songwriting at Belmont University & Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business. During her time in Nashville, she gained extensive industry experience at the Grand Ole Opry and numerous live venues and events. She also worked as a studio vocalist, audio engineer, and songwriter, pitching original material to Sony Music.
